SB 688 – Office of Regulatory Council
Establishes the Office of Regulatory Counsel to draft clear and consistent regulations, similar to the Office of Legislative Counsel drafting legislation for its members, which will improve the clarity and cohesiveness of regulations among the hundreds of different state agencies in California.
