SB 794 – California Environmental Quality Act

Summary: Would limit challenges and appellate review on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) challenges to 365 days for major commercial, housing, and public works projects over $25 million, and also require disclosure of identity of individuals/groups contributing $100 or more as well as in-kind contributions to a CEQA lawsuit.
